IN THE BOOKS!!!!
It was a crappy workout. 3rd shift hours throw my eating off. Had to work out before lunch was settled. Ate too much. Lots on my mind; money, work, kids, my future...all taking away my focus.
Having said that, at least I worked out. Going to eat healthy for dinner and go to work tonight.
I guess there will be up days and down days...but gotta keep pushing play!!
