Power 90 - Day 14

Sweat 1-2, Day 14 in the bag!!! Only had to stop once. Power Yoga still kicks my ass!! What a puss I am LOL!!!
Felt really good, and dare I say FLEXIBLE today. Even when I took Tae Kwon Do 3 days a week I struggled with flexibility.
Still can't do Bunny Hops for entire time but felt better today. Kept moving more than usual.
AB routine is 10 exercise with 10 reps each. Today felt better and got all 10 reps for first 3 exercises then fell apart. Still got 5-8 reps on remaining but need to push myself harder.
I WILL PUSH MYSELF HARDER!!
